Cottle County Texas Defensive Driving

Named for George Washington Cottle, Cottle County Texas Defensive Driving is available for visitors in the area or for residents of the county to help dismiss a traffic violation. This can eliminate an otherwise stressful situation. Cottle is a small county which only has a total area of about 900 square miles and a population of around 1,500 residents. The county was formerly one of the 46 that prohibited or were entirely dry counties in the State of Texas. They now allow beer and wine sales. Paducah is a town in Cottle County Texas just South of the Texas Panhandle.

Paducah has a population of just over 1,100 friendly people all familiar with each other since this is a very small knit community. Paducah Independent School District also serves all students in Cottle County! That is a lot of graduating seniors from one school!
