Young County Texas Defensive Driving

Young County Texas, is named after William Cocke Young. It was founded in 1856 and organized in 1874. It is broken up by four cities, Olney, Loving, Newcastle, and Graham. Graham is the largest city among all four of them and has more attractions and things to do.

Were you traveling along one of the streets or highways and in the midst of this, passed a stop sign ahead. As you were going through this stop sign you saw a police officer and a few seconds later that officer is behind you signaling you to pull over. The officer wrote you a ticket and tells you to take a defensive driving court to dismiss it.

Here is what you need to do to dismiss the ticket:

1. Show up to court on or before your court date.
2. Request to take defensive driving.
3. Pay a fee to the court.
4. Once you pay the fee the court gives you 90 days to complete the course.
5. Make sure you understand there are multiple documents you may need to turn in.
6. Turn the certificate into the court within 90 days.
